Download iTunes from Apple website. Click on Podcast after you launch iTunes.

You can get Itunes, a free software. > http://www.apple.com/itunes/

After installing, open Itunes. Go to Advanced > Subscribe to to podcast.

    Hope that helps!

It takes a podcast player, like iTunes. And you don’t need an iPod. Get the software at http://www.apple.com/
After it’s installed, if you’ve got a website that gives its podcast URL, then you can copy it, and in iTunes, under Advanced, Subscribe to Podcast, you can paste the URL in there. You would just repeat the process for each podcast you’re tiresome to follow. With iTunes, you can also go to their podcast page and look for free or subsciption podcasts, and subscribe with the click of a button.
