I would just buy a decent webcam. Youtube quality isnt really that fantastic so there is no use to getting HD. If you’re looking for one on the go, try your phone camera first. Camera technology in phones are getting surpass and surpass .
Streaming HD videos on youtube would simply take up too much bandwith.
