Recording Podcasts | Friday 6 November 2009
My friends and I want to record ourselves singing and also have podcasts. Any inexpensive computer programs that we could deliberate ? I’m not very tech savy so help please.

Try using audacity it is free download.
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
To convert to MP3 you need to have the freeware LAME MP3 installed
There is a link to LAME on Audacity’s website
You can try WavePad – it’s freeware too http://www.nch.com.au/wavepad (you can find it on Download.com as well so it’s spyware and adware free).
It’s a tiny download and you can save your projects to quite a few uncommon audio formats including MP3 without needing to install anyhting like Audacity.
